Just let me share with you how I battle the strife of aging virtually stress free. (This works for anyone from age 30 on)

ok, so picture yourself 10 years from now. You just stumbled across a picture of yourself that was taken today! and your reaction goes something like this.. “wow, I looked pretty good back then,.. I wish I was __ years old again.”
